The Fjelltech M50 is a do-it-all Nordic touring ski with integrated skin in the kick wax zone. With a 50mm waist, the M50 is the wider of the two Fjelltech models, providing a more stable and controllable ski for ungroomed terrain. However, the Fjelltech M50 is still skinny enough to cruise the classic tracks, and like its skinnier mate, the M50 is ready to hop off into the backcountry at a moment's notice. No matter which adventure you choose, in track or off-piste, the Integrated Mohair and Nylon skin will make sure you always have reliable kick and a smooth glide. The Fjelltech comes with the Rottefella MOVE™ 3.0 binding plate. Fluor Free Ski Bases: Everyone in our sport benefits from nature’s beauty, which is why we are working hard to minimize our effect on the environment that we all hold so dear. Skis marked with the «Fluor Free Ski Bases» logo indicate exactly that: a ski which does not use fluorocarbons in the base material. Triaxial Construction: Interlocking strands of fiberglass and carbon fiber surround the entire core, producing excellent torsional rigidity and strength with light weight and a lively response. The IntelliGrip® variant in our Redline series features the same construction as our Classic Warm ski. The extra reinforcing carbon provides a more dynamic ski which is perfect for modern skin skis. A member of our Race Class, this ski has an extra-recessed skin, and this is the only ski that comes standard with a skin that is 100% Mohair.
